Sweet Potatoes & Beans Dinner
STEP 1

At the end of this week not a lot found in the fridge but one interesting item that Carroll created a couple of weeks ago. More later on this…
Roast sweet potatoes and mix with celery.
STEP 2

From the fridge we also have cilantro and from the cupboard a can of beans.
STEP 3

Ok – here is something else we found – a dressing made from almond milk that our daughter did not finish on her last trip home.
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
½ cup unsweetened plain almond milk
¼ cup natural smooth almond butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon mild curry powder
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
10 drops plain liquid agave sweetener or to taste
Fine sea salt, to taste

STEP 5

Ok, dinner is coming together now… oh one more thing that we found in the fridge…
Surprise – ALDELLS “All natural Chicken Sausages with habaneras & pepper jack cheese” – great spicy sausages!
STEP 6

Mix everything together… and.
Dinner done – who is hungry?
