Now what else can we add to this meal – tomatoes, scallions, avocado, celery for crunch and cheese! Starting to look yummy.

Let’s not forget the wine. Makes the cooking even more enjoyable. We love this wine and the Davis Family.

Now all the rest of the elements like squash, tomatoes, cheese and a little garlic conferee. Yes, you can make garlic confit by cooking raw garlic in olive oil.
